ermmm, when you said SD-card I assumed micro-SD card. Now I am in recovery, removed OS and cannot mount Internal SD to transfer the ZIP-file or to use Micro-Sd to get the zip from. Kinda stuck - any suggestions?

I tried this, but it's too slow. There are also other issues: the touch sensitive buttons + wifi tethering didn't work. All in all, KitKat seems too much for this underpowered device.

lol!em using Samsung galaxy ace s5830..hope this would help anyone of u guys,u should have to download first latest version of CWM recovery which is V6 point somethingXD.then u dont have to extract it but copy it in your sd card through usb cable,but? i did use bluetooth since i am using insane loptop.note that CWM zip file is in bluetooth folder right? move it to external root of your sd card.
